Botox applications are applied to open wrinkles and fine lines. It is especially preferred for alleviating wrinkles in the forehead, middle of the eyebrows and crow’s feet. In addition, botox is applied for sweating treatment, jaw deformity (masseter botox) and migraine treatment.
Botox starts to show its effect within 3 days of application and reaches its maximum effect in 10 days. Although the permanence of Botox application varies from person to person, it varies between 4 and 6 months.
There are some rules to be considered after Botox is done. These;
Water should not come to the botox area within 24 hours.
On the day of Botox, one should not lie face down.
On the day of Botox, you should stand in an upright position and avoid strenuous exercise.
Alcohol should be avoided before and after Botox.
Blood thinners should not be taken before and after Botox.
