Plan de traitement et de voyage

Your hotel reservation and flight tickets will be reserved by us and sent to you as a detailed document.

A guide and consultant will be available to accompany you in every process in our service, which will start at Istanbul airport.

DAY 1

After passport control and baggage collection, our consultant and guide will be waiting for you at the airport reception hall with Almira Hair Transplant Sign.
Then our transfer vehicle will take you to the hotel where you will be staying.
On the way to the hotel, you can talk about all matters related with our consultant and ask our guide to suggest places you may want to visit.

You can get the WIFI code after Check-In procedures are done at the hotel and thus you are always accessible to everyone. Then we will accompany you to your room and our consultant will explain tomorrow’s program.
Before going to your rest, you will be informed about all the facilities you can use in the hotel (steam bath, Turkish bath, indoor-outdoor swimming pool, gym and SPA areas). It is important for us that you have a fun time because unfortunately, it will not be possible to benefit from these opportunities after the operation.
With the tour booklet we will give you, you can walk around the city or you can make a request for a tour program that you can go out in a few 2 days. There is a lot of places to offer. Bosphorus Yacht Tour, Eminönü, Galata Bridge, Grand Bazaar, Maiden’s Tower, Galata Tower etc. We recommend that you do not miss anything.

DAY 2

Your consultant will pick you up from the hotel in the morning in a private vehicle and you will be taken directly to the clinic.
Arrival at the clinic: Preliminary examination, detailed hair analysis and a consultation with the doctor. Our doctors will be with you during and after this consultation. Please make a note of your questions the day before to avoid forgetting or skipping anything.
During this preliminary interview and consultation, how many grafts can be removed and how they should be distributed on the head will be determined together.
Immediately after the interview and consultation, a blood sample is taken and a blood test is performed in the laboratory.

Afterwards, the preparation for the operation is made and necessary clothes, slippers and other items are delivered to you.
You will be brought to the treatment room and your operation process begins. You will be given local anesthesia, not general anesthesia.
Your donor area will be treated and grafts will be removed. These are examined in the same room and placed in bowls. You can view and count your grafts here.
The recipient area will now be prepared. Channels will be opened according to your natural hair and this process will be done by professionals as it is important.
After the recipient area is prepared, you will be given a break for a nutritious lunch.
Then the operation will continue and the grafts will be placed. This entire operation can take eight to ten hours.
After the operation, you will get a qualified care and it will be explained how you should do the after care yourself.
You will be taken to your hotel and then rest. You will be notified when you will be picked up from the hotel for tomorrow.

DAY 3

You will be picked up from your hotel.
Bandage change is followed by the first hair washing and examination by the doctors. However, if the crust formation has started, washing may not be done immediately. The doctors will decide this.
If the hair is not washed, it will be explained exactly how to wash the hair 3 days later.

You will also receive shampoo and pre-care lotion specially developed for hair care and special hair care products.
You will also receive your invoice and Lifetime Warranty Certificate.
You will then be taken to your hotel and after that you can enjoy the city and choose from all our activities. As long as you stay in Istanbul, your consultant is with you whenever you need him/her.

DAY 4

If you have decided to return, you can check-out from your hotel.
If your flight departure time is later than the check-out time, you can leave your luggage at the reception.

If you have time, you can finally get a follow-up examination and ask our doctors all the questions you want to ask before you go.
You will be picked up from your hotel 2-3 hours before your flight (This time will be notified to you during the day).
You will then be taken to the airport for check-in.
